Debra Young

Managing Director

Debra has worked in HR for more than 20 years. Her work has been focused on senior level Executive Search, Organisational Culture, Assessment, Board Effectiveness, High Flyer identification/succession planning, Executive Coaching, and Career Counselling.   

She has an MSc from the Organisational Psychology department at Birkbeck College University of London, where she specialised in Organisational Culture, Assessment, Career Management and Career Counselling/Coaching. She is dedicated to using an holistic approach in her work, rather than addressing issues in isolation.

Debra prides herself on her understanding of how people think and behave and using these insights to inform her work. As she does not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, every piece of work is tailor-made for her clients.

When she is not working, Debra loves walking or running in the London parks and Hampstead Heath. She regularly indulges in her passion for theatre and live music and can often be found creating delicious meals and baking for her family and friends.
