Why do we collect your personal information?

  • Provide you with information relevant to either proposing work for you or carrying out an assignment for you. 

  • We also collect information so that we can tell you about our products and services.

  • Develop information from publicly available sources to develop contact lists during Executive Search assignments to consider potential candidates.

  • We obtain further information on candidates from the candidates themselves and keep this information and share this information only with the express permission of the individual candidates.

The type of information we may have includes:

  1. Your name and (if applicable) company name

  2. Your role (if applicable) within your organisation

  3. Your email address and phone number 

  4. Your interests in our work

  5. We will keep information collected during an assignment, but all but information referring to points 1 – 4 will be deleted at the close of the assignment unless we have consent directly from you to retain it.

Where your information is stored

We store your information, whenever possible, on secure servers in the European Economic Area (EEA).

Where do we get your information?

We collect information mainly when:

  • You contact us via email, phone or via our website

  • You use our products and services 

We also collect information from other sources, including certified business partners, and through commercially or publicly available sources.

How we use your information

We use your information to keep in touch with you and to supply and improve our products and services. We will also use your information to tell you about products and/or services that we think may interest you.  In particular, this means using your information to:

  • Get in touch with you (e.g. sharing latest insights).

  • Look into any complaints or questions you may raise.

Why we keep hold of your information

In each case, the length of time that we need to keep the information may be different, but we will only keep the information for as long as we need it.
