Tailor-made and Research-led

When you want to initiate a search, you will be working with an experienced search consultant who has been in industry for more than 20 years. They will develop a strategy for each search and lead the whole process including helping you successfully complete the final negotiations. To support the transition into your organisation we offer on-boarding advice and 100-day coaching to the newly appointed executive.

Understanding your Organisation

Wherever possible we will travel to your location, and talk to a range of executives and teams with which the appointee will be working with. Alternatively, we will set up a series of online meetings, delving into the characteristics of the organisation to understand not only the work environment, your values and culture but the business challenges you face as organisation.

Developing the Brief

We will spend timing refining the job profile, key challenges and expectations for the successful candidate. We develop this into a compelling candidate information pack.

Finding World-class Talent

We use multiple resources and strategies to access our candidates, including various databases, industry information and of course drawing on the vast network that we’ve built up over the years. We search creatively and rigorously to identify the best talent. We screen candidates thoroughly using in-depth interviews and, if required psychometric testing.
